Our mission is to ensure that every person and every business has the opportunity to thrive in the age of AI.
Transformation is about people.
Our approach builds skills, strengthen culture and measure progress every step of the way.
Our Foundations of AI Literacy program is all about skill building.
It is designed for non-technical professionals to build confidence and capability to use AI effectively at work.
We create shared language, practical skills, and the clarity needed for responsible workplace AI adoption.
This is all about organisational alignment and leadership.
Our People and Culture Advisory supports organisations that have invested in AI tools or training but aren’t yet seeing meaningful behaviour change.
We close the Integration Gap between capability and culture, addressing Shadow AI, quiet resistance, and leadership uncertainty through structured advisory sprints and executive partnership.
The result is clear guardrails, confident leadership, and AI adoption embedded into your culture, not operating around it.
"Steve's approach is practical and empowering. I use what I learnt daily" -- Rohan

"An outstanding and practical foundational course on AI.”- Susan K
Most AI programs focus on the technology. We focus on the people side of transformation.
Our Academy builds practical AI capability so teams can confidently use AI in their day-to-day work, not just understand the theory.
For organisations ready to go further, our People and Culture Advisory helps leaders close the integration gap, addressing shadow AI, leadership uncertainty and the cultural shifts required for real adoption.
Everything we do is guided by our 3C framework: Clarity, Climate and Competence, ensuring AI becomes a capability your organisation can actually use.
This program is designed for professionals and teams who want to confidently use AI in their day-to-day work. You do not need a technical background.
If you use a computer for work, AI literacy is quickly becoming a core professional skill. The Foundations program gives you the practical capability to start using AI immediately.
Our People and Culture Advisory is designed for organisations that have already introduced AI tools or training but are not seeing meaningful behaviour change. Many leaders find their teams experimenting with AI in inconsistent ways, often without clear guidance, shared standards or confidence in what good looks like. This creates challenges such as shadow AI, uncertainty around governance and uneven capability across teams. Our advisory work helps leadership address these issues by focusing on clarity, culture and capability so AI becomes a confident, coordinated part of how the organisation operates.
Participants leave with practical skills they can apply immediately in their day to day work. The program teaches people how to use AI as a powerful research assistant, communicate effectively with AI through prompting, and train AI tools to understand their business context. By the end of the course, participants move beyond casual experimentation and develop the confidence to use AI to analyse information, create content, improve workflows and solve real work problems more efficiently.
A core part of our founding purpose is to ensure the AI revolution includes the not-for-profit sector. We offer free access to our self-serve AI Academy courses for all not-for-profit organisations. Apply here.
Yes. The Foundations of AI Literacy program can be delivered in two ways depending on your organisation’s needs. Teams can access the program as a self paced course that allows participants to learn on their own schedule while applying the skills directly in their work. For organisations that want a more guided experience, we also run live workshops and cohort sessions where teams learn together and can ask questions in real time. Both options focus on practical application so participants leave with skills they can immediately use in their roles
