Who is the People and Culture Advisory for?
Our People and Culture Advisory is designed for organisations that have already introduced AI tools or training but are not seeing meaningful behaviour change. Many leaders find their teams experimenting with AI in inconsistent ways, often without clear guidance, shared standards or confidence in what good looks like. This creates challenges such as shadow AI, uncertainty around governance and uneven capability across teams. Our advisory work helps leadership address these issues by focusing on clarity, culture and capability so AI becomes a confident, coordinated part of how the organisation operates.
What will participants actually be able to do after the Foundations of AI Literacy Training?
Participants leave with practical skills they can apply immediately in their day to day work. The program teaches people how to use AI as a powerful research assistant, communicate effectively with AI through prompting, and train AI tools to understand their business context. Can the Foundations of AI Literacy program be delivered for teams?
Yes. The Foundations of AI Literacy program can be delivered in two ways depending on your organisation’s needs. Teams can access the program as a self paced course that allows participants to learn on their own schedule while applying the skills directly in their work. For organisations that want a more guided experience, we also run live workshops and cohort sessions where teams learn together and can ask questions in real time. Both options focus on practical application so participants leave with skills they can immediately use in their roles
